- Sequential execution. Lock decisions, ship small slices, stress-test against real footage and real workloads before expanding scope.
- Pipeline, not repository. Process, score, and action data—then clear the decks. No stale warehouses posing as intelligence products.
- One job per domain. Each GlafyCo property has a single clear role; this site is the Ian Taylor and Associates entry point for build narrative—not a product store.

A user submits a story or campaign brief; the system calls Octoparse MCP on demand (intent-based parameters, not batch scraping), returns structured journalist profiles, runs AI newsworthiness scoring and matching, and generates outreach grounded in each journalist’s recent work.
